First Appointment
During your initial assessment, our therapist will discuss how/when the problem started, what aggravates it and if anything eases it. A physical assessment will be carried out to determine the exact cause of your discomfort, along with your current range of movement and any biomechanical issues they may be contributing to your problem.
- Once your assessment has been completed the therapist will discuss with you their findings, potential rehabilitation plans and provide treatment where appropriate. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to allow time to register with us.
- It’s always helpful to bring along with you any scans, x-rays or consultant letters that relate to your injury.
- If you are suffering with a lower limb sports injury then please bring along your running shoes and shorts.
- Please wear comfortable clothing to your appointment.
