ToroPro tape can be used to reduce swelling, pain or stiffness, delay muscle fatigue and improve posture and performance.

Follow these tips for applying ToroPro tape to ensure you get the best out of your taping.

• Make sure the area to be taped is clean, dry and free from lotion.

• Always trim each corner of your tape into a curve to reduce the chance of the tape peeling.

• Once you have the tape in the desired position, rub the length of the tape with the palm of your hand to activate the adhesive.

• It's best to leave around an hour after applying your tape before showering or swimming to ensure the tape will stay put.

• The tape can be left on for three to five days depending on the area taped. If you are taping your feet or an area that is rubbed by clothes the tape may not last as long.

• If any tape does begin to peel just trim it back.

• Some people may be sensitive to the adhesive so if you feel the area is getting irritated remove immediately.

Please remember whilst ToroPro tape is effective at supporting weak or injured areas, it cannot heal an injury. We advise using ToroPro tape to keep you active but seek advice from one of our therapists to resolve the underlying issue.
During any consultation we are happy to advise the correct taping technique for your injury or if you require taping for an event, please do not hesitate to contact us.
